Good morning Ladies , you must have heard of different types of fasting including intermittent, water fasting and few more right ?? But have you heard of 10 types of fasting that is told in Ayurveda?? Fasting therapy is called as Langana chikitsa. Good morning everyone Here is a quick and healthy breakfast recipe for PCOD and Hormonal imbalance. This is called ‘Taalipattu/ Akki rotti’ in south India. Ingredients are Rice flour -250gm( cools the body and has fibre) Onion -1 medium sized finely chopped.(helps in hair growth) Coriander and curry leaves - finely chopped ( strengthen hair) Til-3-4 spoons roasted ( builds endometrium) Beetroot and carrot - 1 small sized finely grated.( has vit A, balances blood sugar,improves iron and has phytoestrogen) Jeera -1 spoon (good for digestion) Turmeric - 2 pinch ( anti-inflammatory) Grated fresh coconut - 1/4 cup.(good for hair and skin) Salt and chilli acc to the requirements. Mix all the above ingredients by adding sufficient quantity of water. Can directly make it flatten on Tawa. Have it with chatneys, curd , ghee or pickle.

Good morning everyone Curd ( Dadhi) acc to Ayurveda. Qualities of curd ✅- It is heavy on digestion, hot in potency , constipative in nature, reduces Vata but increases Kapha and Pitta , increases obesity , strength and metabolism, cures Anorexia. Contraindications in curd ❌ are 1- Never have curd at night 2- Don’t heat the curd 3- Don’t have curd in summer , spring , autumn seasons. 4- Don’t use curd everyday because it might leads to skin diseases. #ayurvedadiet
