Hi , I am dietitian Divya and here are some home remedies that you can follow ⬇️ 1. Take two soaked figs empty stomach in the morning. 2. Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds in a glass of lukewarm water and have it empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take 1 tbsp flax seeds powder with a cup of lukewarm water 4. Take fresh aloe vera mixed with water.
