After having a baby, I'm a bit anxious about returning to the swing of things. How can I approach intimacy postpartum, without feeling uncomfortable and anxious about it? @Sexologist_DrKalps

It totally depends on your preferences and how much time has passed post delivery. First minimum 15-20 days are very crucial as healing and recovery is going on. Ideally 1&1/2 months you should refrain from it in my opinion. If you have strong feelings for having sex, it will be easier than your partner only wishes. Because postpartum our hormones refrain us from sex. But if you have strong feelings, you have better secretions for lubrication and also your vagina gets a bit dilated as a result of your feelings. If you don't have feelings, then use of lubrication will be mandatory. Then you have to start doing foreplay so that you will start getting lubricated. Also try for clitoral stimulation for better results. Having sex should be a pleasure and not a pain at all. If so you can land up in Vaginismus. If you face any difficulty, consult me or any Sexologist near you.😊
