ok! So what fears do you have? What will happen if you don't get the job or how will you do the interview? Whatever the fear is, if you feed it with such thoughts, it will overtake you! Get aware of your breath in activity and see the change! While walking, talking, seeing, just breath in and out, in and out, rather get aware of your breath and suddenly you will see that you are calmer. What is tje worst tjat cam happen?
