I've been thinking something and I just wanted to share it. I find it really challenging to maintain a positive body image in today's society. It seems like everywhere you look, there's some sort of criticism or unrealistic standard being pushed onto us. Sometimes, it feels like no matter what I do, I'm never good enough.

hey it's a common feeling but the important thing is to understand where the narrative was formed in your head in order to reverse it.
