اهلا بيكي يا حلوة❤️ مشاكل اخر فترة قبل الجواز ممكن تبقى نوعين نوع خلافات على حاجات مش مهمة اوي من القلق والتوتر والضغط بتاع اخر فترة ودي بنعديها وبنحاول نحتوي بعض ونراعي بعض النوع التاني هو خناقات بيظهر فيها عيوب كانت موجودة بس بتبان بزيادة وبتكبر في الفترة دي ودي مممن نعتبرها اشارة اخيرة ل هل العيوب دي حاجة هتقدري تتعايشي معاها وتستحمليها ولا مش قادرة عليها ومش هتقدري تكملي فا انت محتاجة تحددي مشاكلكم دي بتقع في انهي نوع فيهم عشان على اساسه تشوفي هتتعاملي معاها ازاي تعالي نتكلم اكتر في مكالمة على اللايڤ او جلسة شخصية من الساعة ١٢-٥ على ال community بتاعتي "نفسيتك بالدنيا" دمتي جميلة❤️

أهلاً وسهلاً بيكي أولاً ألف مبروك ربنا يتمملك بخير ويسعدك ثانياً مشاكل قبل الفرح ظاهرة متعارف عليها وبتكون نتيجة الضغوط المتزايدة واللي أحياناً بتوصل لإكتئاب ما قبل الزواج واللي فيه الشخص بيفقد الرغبة والدافع للزواج ، عشان نلحق الموضوع قبل ما يزيد ويبقي مشكلة أكبر محتاجه تعملي شوية حاجات هتفرق معاكي زي:- -التواصل الفعال مع الشريك من خلال انك تدي نفسك فرصة تسمعيه بتركيز وتعرفي اللي حاسس بيه ومحتاجه وكمان تعبريله من ناحيتك عن افكارك ،مشاعرك واحتياجات وتحاولو دايماً توصلو لحلول وسط . -تجنب المثالية ممكن الضغوط يكون من أسبابها انك مش بتعرفي تقدمي تنازلات ومتمسكه بالصوره اللي في خيالك واللي احياناً كتير تطبيقها علي ارض الواقع بيكون صعب،حاولي تبقي مرنه وتتقبلي بعد التنازلات والتغييرات.

-عدم المبالغة في التحضيرات حاولي تحطي أهداف بسيطة ده هيخلي التجيزات أخف عليكم ومتحسيش بالتوتر والضغط. -تقبل مشاعر القلق لما تكون في حدود الطبيعي وبخصوص حاجات حقيقية ،حاولي تجنبي نفسك اي امور تستدعي مشاعر القلق ويكون ملهاش لازمه ،زي أي مسؤليات بعيده عن التجهيزات محتاجه تركزي علي مسؤولية الوقت الحالي فقط عشان متحسيش بالضغط الإضافي علي ضغط الفرح نفسه. -خدي إستراحة من وقت للتاني عشان تراكم المشاعر هو اللي ممكن يصعد الأمور بينكم محتاجه تخففي من حدة التوتر بإستراحه تستعيدي فيها طاقتك ونشاطك وتستكملي مسؤلياتك تاني وانتي طاقتك الذهنية متجددة فتفهمك وحكمك علي الأمور يكونو أفضل. -إستشارة مختص ممكن يساعدكم في الخطوات الأنسب للمرحلة اللي انتو فيها وفقاً لطبيعة كل واحد فيكم ووفقاً لطبيعة علاقتكم ببعض،هيقدر يزود وعيكم بمختلف جوانب الأمور الخاصة بعلاقتكم بالشكل اللي يساعدكم تتجاوزو المرحلة بكفاءة.
