Uzun bir süre, neredeyse 1 seneye yakın paketli gıdalardan ve beyaz şekerden olabildiğince uzak durdum fakat son 1 aydır özellikle patiswiss çikolataları tattıktan sonra diyet miyet kalmadı… inanılmaz tüketmeye başladım, duramıyorjm🥹🥹 eski motivasyonumu geri kazanmam lazım🥹🥹 #paketligıda #şeker #un #sağlıklıyaşam

İlk üzümü hemen ağzınıza atın ve yiyin lütfen. Sonra diğer 2 üzüme bakın. Sanki dünyada başka üzümler kalmamış gibi bakın . Evirin çevirin, kıvrımlarına bakın, rengine bakın, koklayın.
