اولاً كدا بدايه الثقه بالنفس اني اقبل نفسي زي ما هي تقبلي نفسك وبطلي تجلديها تاني حاجه هي انتي مرايت نفسك يعني ايه يعني انتي شايفه نفسك ازاي والطريقه اللي انتي شايفه نفسك بيها الناس كمان هتشوفك بيها ، محتاجه تتقبلي نفسك وتبصي اكتر علي مميزاتك وتفكري نفسك ديما بيهم، ونصيحه مني ليكي عشان انتي شكلك لسه صغيره وبتبتدي مسيرتك العمليه متفكريش في الصدقات في الشغل خلي التارجيت بتاعك الأساسي هو الشغل عشان صداقات الشغل بتجيب مشاكل كتير تعاملي مع الكل ك زمايل شغل عشان دا المسمي الصح ومع الوقت الطويل لو طلع ان في حد ينفع اعتبرها صديقه ليا مفيش مشكله ، اعرفي قيمه نفسك وهاتي ورقه وقلم واكتبي مميزاتك وقويهم اكتر واكتبي عيوبك واشتغلي عليها ودا ليكي انتي لصورتك الذهنيه عن نفسك مش عشان الشغل بس ، وعشان تزودي ثقتك بنفسك تاني متقارنين نفسك بالي قدامك حبي نفسك زي ما هي وصدقيني دا هينعكس للي قدامك افتكري ديما انك مرايا نفسك زي ما قولتلك
