Some Tips for a healthy yoga practice are Specify a proper time, Choose a comfortable place, Practice on a light stomach, Start off early, Be gentle, Set the mood, Try out different yoga poses and Be consistent.

Lu bisa coba cardio kayak lari atau bersepeda beberapa kali seminggu, sambil mix sama strength training buat bangun otot. Tapi yang paling penting, konsisten dan jangan skip workout!

Paling simpel sih, kontrol makanannya aja. Jaga pola makan, pilih makanan sehat, dan kurangi yang manis-manis atau berlemak berlebihan. Gak perlu olahraga berat, cukup jalan kaki atau gerak-gerak kecil aja. Yang penting, konsisten dan disiplin sama pola makan.

Nah, kalau lo males olahraga banyak atau sibuk banget, triknya fokus ke makanan. Coba kurangi porsi makanan, hindari junk food, dan lebih pilih makanan sehat. Plus, minum air putih banyak-banyak buat ngontrol nafsu makan. Jadi, meskipun gak banyak olahraga, lo tetap bisa ngecilin berat badan, gitu deh!
