when you are emotionally overwhelmed, what are you thinking about? something about the past? your current situation or anticipating future? write down the thoughts , change the way you are thinking about it. if this doesn't help , talk to someone you are comfortable with. if this too dosent help take professional help.

Navigating emotions can be challenging for people with bipolar, i have seen many loved ones around me feel the same.. hope you are taking the medicine that was prescribed by your psychiatrist.. pls consult one again if need be .. meds help one to balance emotions along with therapy which is also very important.. for therapy you can consult a clinical psychologist who can recommend tools and ways for you to balance your thoughts and reactions

Navigating highs and lows of bipolar disorder can be challenging and draining, but strategizing your progress might help. Medication management with a regular, healthy sleep and meal routines might help stabilize your mood. Learn to recognize your triggers of an episode. Along with meds, therapy is also recommended to manage moods and develop coping strategies. Generally, stay informed with your progress and management and stay hopeful through it.

How can people get help if they are lonely?? Who can they reach out to??
Hi🌷 It's important for individuals to first acknowledge and validate their feelings, as avoiding or suppressing loneliness can worsen emotional distress. Reaching out to trusted people or seeking professional support through therapy can help individuals explore the underlying causes of their loneliness and develop coping strategies. Engaging in activities that foster personal growth, such as pursuing hobbies or practicing mindfulness, can also help build self-worth and reduce feelings of isolation. You can ofcourse connect with me I can ofcourse help you in this let's get connected tomorrow for a session at 9AM-12PM or 7PM-9PM 💗
