,Impulsive behaviour could be because your mind is restless , overthinking, lack of patience etc. You need to calm down. practice meditation, identify the cire Issue that you are struggling with. Next time when you are about to behave impulsively, pause and ask yourself how your behaviour is impacting your relationship, is this something that is making you happy??

Impulsive behaviours often have triggers If you can reflect and identify the trigger patterns — it could be a certain tone of voice , place or person, situation… you will create an awareness which will help you respond rather than react. Also like Meenal has suggested meditation or even exercise or pursuing a hobby does make us feel calm and helps in creating the required awareness

Hey there Its common to wonder this especially when you feel that people have different opinions The way that this philosophy makes wonders if applied is that it frees up so much if your mental space from keeping all of others' opinions and experiences. We're all figuring out our way through life and learning our lessons while doing it. It just takes some people a little more time than us. it's time u give yourself priority. Exercising , walk in nature should help. listen to positive podcasts. Talk to a friend, vent out your feelings, cry if you have to. But that should be the last cry for that person and situation! if the above don't help take professional help.
