I really really love sweet things. But recently I got to know that sugar isnt good for health. Its difficult to stop eating sweet things but I really want to stay healthy. Can you please tell me amout of sugar I can intake to balance it or if there are any substitutes for sugar? Also my mum told me that jaggery is a good option but I have my doubts regarding that also. Hi there, I hope you are well. -What if I told you that you don't have to stop consuming sugar? -Yes, you heard it right. -Sugar can be eaten in moderation, say you can consume 2-3tsp of if in a day and occasionally have your favourite foods which are sweets. - Whenever you are planning to eat a sweet, ensure to have healthy during other meals, and only keep one meal as a favourite meal. - Refined sugar eaten in portions can be easily managed by our bodies, and it won't lead to an issue until and unless you eat it excessively. - Unfortunately, there are no healthy substitutes for sugar, not even jaggery. - Jaggery gives you the same amount of calories, leads to sugar spikes, and have a similar glycemicindex. - To get nutrients that are present in jaggery, you'll have to eat jaggery in larger amounts which isn't recommended. - Hence, jaggery will also have to be eaten in the amount, and you can either have jaggery or sugar. Hi there, You can lose weight by eating right but in order to tone, and strengthen your body, you need to exercise at least 4-5 times, a week, at home itself. You can opt for different workouts throughout the week ( zumba, pilates, bodyweight exercises, yoga, Tabata, etc). Remember it's 80% diet, and 20% workout. Exercise is great for overall well-being :)

Another's side of healthy fat coconut avocado. And half of the plate with vegetables. That is your proper meal. After that if you want tea but without sugar. You can have milk basil ginger. But no any sugar
