I have been exercising for over a year now and I cant see any changes . I am consistent with my workouts but I cant even loose fat on my face. What should I do??

Hey what kind of workouts are you following kindly share … do include strength, flexibility & cardio routines Also fitness & nutrition are undivorcedly married to each other , so please take care of you must eat and what u need to avoid A professional help like a fitness trainer and nutritionist would be great help and a good investment , since you have invested a year of time and energy into it , try for atleast 3 months ….
