Some days there won't be anything to be sad but there's a sudden wave of depression that hit me. I can't be happy all the time. it drains my social energy and I can't deal with it everyday. Hey there, life is what it is. Some days will make us happy and some won’t. The idea is to feel your emotions ( happy or sad ) rather than escaping it. Accepting and working through the tough emotions is the fastest way to navigate through them.

What advice would you offer to other mothers who may be feeling overwhelmed or struggling to effectively manage their children's education alongside other responsibilities?
We usually feel overwhelmed when we don’t give ourselves time. The starting point would be self care. We cannot pour from an empty cup. Give yourself atleast 30mins a day ( 15mins to begin with) to recharge yourself with activities that bring you joy and make you feel centred. This should help to regain perspective.

So I have been going through a lot recently I have just lost some close one of mine. I am trying to cope with her loss. At the same time I am also stressed about my son's job rejections. There are just a lot of things that are going on and am finding it difficult to cope with it. My Mental Health is severely impacted. I am unable to relax. I feel sorry for your loss. This is very crucial time for you and during this time, I would highly recommend to join some spiritual practice and involve in their community. Another thing is doing healing meditations to work on your mental health and overcome the intensity of your grief. As far as your son job's rejection is not in your control but you can encourage him to apply again and you can ask him to listen some inspirational stories of great successful people that could help him.

Begin with setting aside non negotiable time for your self. Can begin with 15minutes of 30 minutes is not doable at the moment. You can utilise this time for self care activities of your choice. The goal should be to consistently manage time for yourself. You can begin with the minimum time that works for you and gradually increase it
