feel bad about wanting to go back to work instead of being with my family all the time. What should I do? pls let me know this is not letting me to sleep and feel sad

Talk to your partner, family. Make them understand how important it is working for you. Communicate this is a very positive manner with a calm and not as a complaint. It may take couple of attempts to convince them but do so with calm and composed mind... Make sure you do not react if the answer is negative in the first attempt!
