We usually feel overwhelmed when we don’t give ourselves time. The starting point would be self care. We cannot pour from an empty cup. Give yourself atleast 30mins a day ( 15mins to begin with) to recharge yourself with activities that bring you joy and make you feel centred. This should help to regain perspective.

First and foremost you need to understand as a parent your responsibility is to guide your children and at the same time take care of yourself. You need to relax , calm down, for this can follow anything that suits you, meditation, music, exercise, walk etc. Please continue guiding your children for their studies, and behaviour etc, without loosing your cool. Often times in the process of disciplining children parents tend to get overwhelmed either get angry or emotional.. in the process the main agenda is lost... So very important be firm with children and get the work done !

I believe that people should be loved for their behavior and nature, not for their gender. Unfortunately, we still see people discriminating against the transgender community by calling them different names. I firmly believe that they are beautiful souls with inherent goodness. In reality, we are all the same, but many people fail to understand this. Trans individuals continue to face discrimination in areas such as education and employment. As human beings, we should show empathy towards them, and as responsible citizens, we must raise awareness about the trans community, their value, and the importance of standing up for their rights. They are just like us. I strongly believe that love is love. We should respect a person's feelings rather than their gender. #loveislove #transgender #humanity more
