Bonnie also shared her personal experience in the video as she and her sisters were subjected to limited career options in their life. Author believes that women are always held back in everything even if it for their career. Even If they are given an opportunity to do something in their career then they don't have much options to choose from, to aspire what they want to be. For me the negative impacts are an increase in the screen time and positive impacts are the easy access to all the information I need, mental health support and self help groups, communities, support system and applications which are easily accessible to me.

I just don't think about them and do what I feel like doing. obviously it's a burden on you to work according to the society. sometimes it severely affects your mental health.
