Managing mental health challenges during PMS can be tough, but there are strategies that may help. These include regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation, seeking support from friends or loved ones, and considering therapy or medication if necessary. It's also important to be kind to yourself and recognize that it's okay to not feel okay sometimes. If you're finding it particularly difficult, talking to a healthcare professional can provide personalized advice and support.

Practice self-awareness, maintain a healthy lifestyle, seek social support, consider professional help, and, if needed, explore medications or specific interventions based on the hormonal change (e.g., dietary adjustments for PMS, prenatal care during pregnancy, and hormone therapy for menopause).

What supplements are recommended for menopause?
You would generally need calcium and vitamin d supplements once you hit your 40s. As you grow older your calcium absorption decreases and it is very important to maintain certain calcium levels for your bone and muscle strength. Vitamin d is needed for better absorption of calcium as well as for good mood regulation. Apart from that most other supplements get prescribed based on deficiency.
Menopause means stopping of female hormones, especially Estrogen. Because it is necessary for your vagina as well as your overall health, you can take so many natural Medicines instead of taking just supplements. You may face vaginal dryness, mood swings/ emotional ups and downs and osteoporosis. Also hot flushes irritates most. Just supplements are not sufficient if these symptoms are irritating you. Then Take proper consultation with your doctor. Natural medicines are more useful in my opinion.

Hi there, I hope you are well. If you're periods have been delayed for 3 months, then, it must be a hormonal imbalance. - Please see a gynecologist immediately and get the necessary tests done. You may need to get your thyroid, hormonal tests, as well as Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 levels tested. - Kindly don't delay. - What is your weight, height, and do you have family history of health issues? Do let me know:) Take care.

I’ve heard about this thing called the 3-day rule with men, and I’m curious about what it means. Does it have to do with waiting three days before calling or texting after a date, or is it something else entirely? I’d love to get some insight into how this rule works and if it actually makes a difference in dating.
Hi there, I get where you are coming from. The "3-day rule" in dating is all about waiting three days before reaching out after a date. It's kind of an old-school idea suggesting that taking a bit of time before contacting someone again shows that you're not too eager or desperate. Some people believe it creates a bit of mystery or anticipation, while others see it as unnecessary game-playing. Ultimately, it's about finding what works for you and the person you're interested in. Some might appreciate a quick follow-up, while others might prefer a bit of space. It's all about communication and gauging each situation individually. I am a psychologist so if you have any more questions or ideas you'd like to share please feel free to hop in one of my live sessions and chat with me.

Is it healthy to take out some time everyday away from my husband?? Will it affect our relationship or strengthen it?
it is completely normal and healthy to want some time to yourself even when you're married. needing personal space does not mean that there is something wrong with your marriage. it just shows that you value your independence and like taking care of your well-being. taking time for your self helps you align your personal needs. manage stress, make goals for yourself and accomplish them.

How long does it take to forget a guy? Ugh, it's been ages since we broke up, but I still can't get him out of my head. How long does it usually take to forget about a guy and move on?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I have seen many young people having difficulty moving on from past relationships. Let me give you an analogy on how this works. Imagine a black ball inside of you, that's the pain you felt during break up. It doesn't go away. It stays but the beauty is it becomes smaller and smaller as you experience the even more beautiful things in life. And one day you won't even know that it exists because it's too small to notice. that's how trauma works. Hope I helped you and join my live to have a conversation with me.

How long does it take for a man to realize what he lost in his ex is something that he will not find anywhere, in any other women?
Hi Beautiful. Okay. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I have seen many couple's and I can see that, you really love your ex. You are a beautiful women and ofcourse he would miss to be with an amazing human. But this is something you seem to not realise, if you did, you wouldn't put yourself in such misery of waiting for him. I know it's difficult, but start by thinking that you would only allow respect, trust and love. Anything less isn't for you. I would want to talk more on this, come on a call with me on my live session. - Consultant Psychologist

What do you want him to "find" in other women? Please share. It can take a day or even months. Life goes on, people will find new people who suit their interests. Most are normally like others and it's heartbreaking to lose what you loved and cared that you obsess over other person taking those things. Relax, it will take time to get over it.
