İyi olma, iyi hissetme hâli üzerine rutinlerim. ( En azından rutinleştirme çabam🙈 )
Bugün sabahlardan bahsedeceğim🌞 Ancak bilmelisiniz ki ben sabah insanı değilim👯 Zamanımın daha bereketli olması sebebiyle sabahları sevmeye çalışıyorum diyelim☺️ Geçen sene kronik yorgunluk şikayeti ve duygusal dalgalanmalarımın şiddetli yoğunluğu bana illallah dedirtince fonksiyonel beslenme koçum Elif hanımdan destek almaya başladım. Sabah rutinlerinden haberim o zaman oldu. Normalde sabahım kahvemi yapıp laptopumu açmaktır😶🌫️ Bu da sabah bence mesela🫣 Ancak elif ile bisiler değişti. Bu uyanışa manevi bir uyanış eklendi. Böyle yazınca değişik oldu farkındayım🙈Demek istediğim bedene belirli müdahaleler ile hormonları ve sinir sistemini uyarıp beni "uyan ve koştur" -koşarken bile aslında için uyur - durumundan, Dünya denilen akıntıya, telaşe dalgasına kendini bırakmadan önce " su altındaki balıkları, sandallarında bekleyen balıkçıları dalgaların içinde yüzerken denizi tuzu ve güneşi hisset" bilgisine taşıdı. Uyanış gelişti ve dönüştü. Kendisinin mottosu da Gelişim ve dönüşümünüz şifa olsun zaten değisik dimi :) İnsan kendini şifa'ya açtığında kendisine iyi gelecek olan sanki ona koşa koşa geliyor❤️ Fikrimce, insan olarak kâinatta çok sevildiğimizi düşünüyorum arkadaşlar❤️ Tüm hastalık ve zor deneyimlerde bunu kat ve kat hissediyorum. ilk rutini paylasıyorum. Sabahları artık uyanır uyanmaz telefonuma bakmamaya çalışıyorum. Önce bir bardak su, içip aynada kendime basıp güzel sözler söylüyorum 😍
