Hi, Maintaining boundaries and saying no is crucial for self-care. Begin by clearly understanding your limits and communicating them assertively using "I" statements. Practice politely declining minor requests and gradually become more comfortable with saying no without feeling the need to justify or explain yourself. Remember to stay firm and consistent in your response, and if necessary, offer alternative solutions that align with your boundaries. By prioritizing your own needs and well-being, you can cultivate healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

Sarah, a 42-year-old marketing executive, recently divorced with two teenage kids, has been dating Tom, a 45-year-old software engineer who is also divorced, for eight months. Tom has asked Sarah to move in with him, and she is uncertain about the timing and implications of such a big step. How long should you date before moving in together in your 40s? Any advice?
In 40s, there's a lot of things that are sorted with us generally, profession, money, lifestyles..so it may get rigid with each other's space compatibility. Try to communicate with each other your needs and wants and compatibility along with lifestyle factors.

My old friends do not text me but I keep doing so, because I don’t like abandoning ppl who were once a part of my life. How do i get this habit of mine to change??
Anonymous9d
Honestly if they don't give a shit about you. you shouldn't either. just don't text or call them. find new people. no point wasting time in people who don't care for you
Na_Dia9d
I have also gone through it. And eventually I realised you can't keep doing it too long. When people are too busy and don't remember you, it's better to let them do it. You can't always initiate a conversation. Every relation is give and take.

Should a husband buy Mother's Day gifts for his wife, or should that be up to the kids?
Anonymous14d
In my opinion, some husbands should choose to buy gifts for their wives on Mother's Day, while others may leave it to the kids to express their appreciation.
Anonymous16d
Depends on the age of kids. Even Husband can give on behalf of kids.

Greetings! I'm Priyanka, born on 18th August 1985. How can I manage conflicts with my in-laws and maintain harmony in the family? @AstrologerVaishali
you are an artistic n creative person but there's a lot of turmoil going on in your mind. you must accept that what's correct for you may not be correct for others, the way you think may not be the way others do m you must try to calm your anger, turmoil n your mind. ppl, be it in-laws may be very different from you and hence behaving in a way that is problematic. you have a low mangal dosh and hence you must try to separate from in-laws amicably. without breaking ties. pray to lord ganesh for happiness in marital life. you may also donate yellow items I.e. chana dal on Thursdays for a happy married life. you can consult me for more insights on your birth chart.
Hello Priyanka, I see your date of birth and name number needs to be balanced, which can help you live a balanced and happy life.. Also, do some mantra chanting to bring positivity in your environment. Happy to connect and guide you in detail on this.. Shagun K Singh Satvatma-The Pure Soul
