I have pitta dosha. What care should be taken because some times I don't knw which food causes me severe pitta. and then I try to avoid them next time but I love some food and don't knw what to do ? I like to eat cucumber, cauliflower but the minute I eat them I start getting Dakars which I don't like. please help.

Balance pitta dosha with a mindful diet. Cucumber is cooling, but cauliflower can be heating. Instead of sweeteners we can adopt for ghee , dry fruits , jaggery , milk. Taking them in moderation and when to have them is the key of maintaining health.
