Why do I feel isolated and disconnected from my peers despite being constantly connected through technology?
sometimes virtual connection is not enough for us. We need people to hug us and tell us everything will be alright. Physical affection is something we all need from time to time. Try connecting that way
Anonymous9d
Social media often encourages a curated and edited version of ourselves, which can make it harder to be vulnerable and build genuine connections.

I’m a busy parent and often rely on fast food. How can I make healthier choices without sacrificing convenience?
Na_Dia10d
You must stop fast foods as soon as possible. You must try healthy foods that get cooked within no time such as oats
Hi there, I hope you are well. Here are ways in which you can eat healthy even when you are busy. - Chop all the vegetables on a Saturday/Sunday or whenever you get a holiday and place it in a ziplock bag. You can use these veggies to prepare fried rice, poha/upma, sabji, sauteed veggies, stir-fry, etc. - Puree the curry or gravy base in advance and place it in your freezer. You can defrost it and use it as and when needed. - Prepare wrap, sandwich batter in advance and place it in your fridge. You can use this for 3-4 days based on the veggies used. Don't keep it for too long. - You can have sandwiches, roti wraps ( use the leftover sabzi in it), curd rice (easy to prepare), a basic vegetable rice or pulav, protein salads ( you can boil chana, moong) and place in in the fridge. - If you eat non-veg, then marinate Chicken, fish in advance, refrigerate it and grill it as an when needed. Let me know if this helps, Take care ✨ and eat healthy!

I saw a new trend these days it's about show off, mothers day click pic with mother, grandparents day again click pic and put in socials, what are we teaching kids click pic and show off in socials
it might not necessarily be show off, if they like let them do, you don't like you don't do. you ate judging someone by saying it's show off
Unfortunately very fast we are losing the importance of special moments to be cherished together, all we do is click and post for likes and comments. Showing the world that we are also happening. Every event is celebrated in a grand way only so that the pics will come out great, the emotions behind it are all lost though. FOMO plays a big part in this

Do you think that as a teenage mom of 2 girls I should be stalking them on Instagram and other social media handles. What If they feel that I am invading their privacy ? I just want to make sure that they are protected and nor under any bad influence. What should I do ?
Na_Dia20d
You can be friendly and open with them so that they share things with you rather than staking on social media
While it's natural to be concerned for your daughters' well-being, open communication is key. Instead of stalking, engage in honest conversations about online safety, potential risks, and responsible social media use. Establishing trust and discussing their experiences will likely make them feel more comfortable sharing with you. Balancing protection with respect for their privacy can foster a healthier parent-child relationship.

Do you and your child have a special thing you do together that makes great memories? It could be a fun activity or a tradition you both love. What makes it special, and how did it become a favorite for both of you? Just curious about the little things that bring joy and create lasting moments in your family.
we look like siblings.. at her College PTM her lecturer was not ready to accept me as her mother.. he told sisters not allowed to attend PTM... me n my daughter wavelength matches a lot, both are foodies.. we enjoy our each other company... it's been 18yrs. I have tons and tons of memories with her.
However, many families create special memories by engaging in activities like game nights, baking together, or going for walks. These moments become special because they foster bonding, laughter, and shared experiences. Families often discover these favorites organically, finding joy in simple activities that bring them closer.
