Hello, I can understand that there are times when you feel so irritated with the people around you, and it does feel very difficult to deal with the situation. Always remember that you have to protect your own peace, and that's the only thing that matters. So try to move away from such situations in any way possible.

Hey there, Being calm in a situation that tests your patience is something that shows your resilience. Try not to enable that person's behavior by giving a reaction. You can very well remove yourself from that situation after a point. You should not be obligated to entertain every person who comes your way and does not respect your boundaries

Hey Piutheworrier, Irritation is nothing but your reaction to some ones behaviour... therefore instead of reacting , learn how to respond. Work on urself, meditate, listen to music , exercise, go for walk, connect with nature. etc.

Hi there, I firstly want to say that I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one can never, ever be easy. Grief can manifest itself in various manners, sometimes they are even unexpected or confusing. I am a psychologist and would love to help you out with these emotions. A few things you can try to do to understand your emotions are to realise and accept that anger, is in fact a part of the grieving process. This usually stems from feeling helpless, abondon or something that is unresolved. Accept you're anger, guilt and regret but never forget to be compassionate to yourself as you are also going through a hard time. To express yourself you can try journaling your feelings, physical activities, reach out to your friends or can come talk with me. I hope you're feeling well, would love to hear from you soon.
