Why do people think nature can heal? What does healing here even mean, is it a shift in perspective or bodily/mental healing? I don't feel better after a walk in the park nor does holistic medicine work for me. @Dr.Trupti_Raja

The soothing and calming effect of nature is the main reason of people saying nature can heal. Some people love it's effect and some don't. It varies from person to person and it's totally normal to feel the way that you're feeling.
