اولا التوقعات السلبيه دي ممكن تخليكي مش عارفه تنبسطي حتي بالحاجات اللي تقدري تعمليها لنفسك ماتنتظريش من حد انه يسعدك قرري انتي انك تبسطي نفسك وده من خلال انك تروحي سبا مثلا وبعدها بليل تلبسي طقم حلو وتشوفي حد من صحبك تخرجي معاه في مكان جديد مروحتيهوش قبل كده اتمني امنيات جديده وحطي أهداف جديده للسنه اللي جايه وفكري اتعلمت ايه من السنه اللي فاتت بحلوها ومرها وقرري بوعي وادراك انك هتعملي كل حاجه تسعدك انتي لان السعاده قرار وكل سنه وانتي طيبه يا جميله🌹
