I have a demanding job that requires long hours. How can I plan meals and snacks to maintain proper nutrition despite my work schedule?

Hi there, I hope you are well. Here's how you can do it. 1) Plan your meals on a weekend, say on a Saturday or Sunday. 2) Stock all the ingredients in advance ( veggies, dals, fruits, etc.) 3) Make preparation before hand such as chopping of veggies, making a puree for curries, making a batter for Frankie, wraps, and sandwich. 4) Pack your snacks such as nuts, fruits a night prior to ensure that you save on time. 5) Carry at least 2-3 tiffins to work which can include your main meals and snacks as well. 6) Make good use of the leftovers you have to avoid food wastage and save time :) I hope this helps, take care.
