Yes, nutrients that can help in regulating menstruation are as follows. ✅Vitamin D ✅Vitamin B6 ✅Vitamin B12 ✅Folic acid ✅Myo-inositol ( previously known as Vitamin B8) ✅Iron ✅Vitamin C ✅Vitamin A ✅Magnesium ✅Omega 3 fatty acids In order to get these nutrients, you must include the following foods in your daily routine. - Wholegrains - Dairy and dairy products - Green leafy vegetables - Citrus fruits - Fatty fish - Nuts and seeds - Dates - Lean meat - Eggs - Fortified foods - Carrot - Pumpkin - Citrus fruits - Sweet potato - Papaya Additionally, eat a diet which is rich in fibre, protein, and good fats. - Sleep for 7-8hrs daily. - Move often, Workout for 7-8hrs daily. - Practice yoga and meditation to combat stress. - Avoid ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods.
