Ben de öyleyim ama bence hayat böyle. Yani hayatta çok az kişi sırtımızı sıvazlayıp bize destek oluyor. Ama geri kalan asıl en büyük iş bize düşüyor. Kendi kendimize sarılıp, sırtımızı sıvazlamak bize düşüyor. Psikologum ‘kızına nasıl şevkat duyuyorsun değil mi? Kendine bu şevkati duyuyor musun? İçindeki çocuğu mutlu ediyor musun? En son ne zaman kendini mutlu ettin?’ demişti. Yani biz kendi kendimizin motivasyon kaynağıyız. Onu sürekli arayarak da kendimizi geliştiriyoruz ve geliştirmeye devam edeceğiz💫✨kısacası bu aralar benim de modum ve motivasyonum çok düşük ama yükseklere zıplamak için arada en dibe vurmak gerek🩷🙏🏻

eğer yorgunsam dinlenmeye izin vermeye çalışıyorum bazı günler buna ihtiyaç var ve sosyal medyadan uzak tamamen boş bir gün yaratmak. Baharla gelen hava değişimi de motivasyon düşürüyor benim bu dönemlerde oluyor böyle bir şey.Gerçekten kafa dağıtan iyi gelen şeyler yapmaya çalışıyorum,uzun yürüyüşler, karalama boya gibi,uzun yatışlar🥰
