When you think about your health, what first comes to mind? For many – if not most – of us, it’s probably our physical health. Are we eating healthy? Are we exercising regularly? Are we feeling tired? Or ill? Do our joints ache? Have we scheduled our annual check-up?All these questions are, of course, important ones to answer, but there’s another question we should be asking – another part of our health that deserves attention: how is our mental health?Our mental health has a tremendous impact on our overall health and well-being. First ask her straightforwardly. Try staying with her and then observe their relationship for some days.

It's important to be supportive and let your friend know you're there for her. You can gently express your concern and encourage her to seek help from a trusted adult, counselor, or domestic violence hotline. Let her know she doesn't deserve to be hurt and that there are people who can help her. Offer to accompany her if she feels comfortable seeking assistance. Remember to respect her decisions and boundaries, but continue to be a supportive friend.

What does one do if the husband cheats on you
My husband has cheated on me. I have also forgiven. He stayed there for a few months now. But now again he avoids me. He is not interested in having sex with me. Neither does it give me any financial or emotional sleep. I don't understand what to do. He told me once that he was not interested in me. Abhi says yes but as always only with excuses.
