You can try eating some healthy sandwiches, poha, oats, chilla or just have fruits, smoothies, yogurts, makhanas

Hello I am Dr Varsha an Ayurvedic expert. I think we can make dishes healthier by replacing maida with rice or any millet powders. Instead of refined oil can use coconut oil.
