This is exactly what happens when one is one social media. You don't have to let those negative thoughts in your mind. Stop comparing. Everything is very different in real life and not how it is portrayed in social media.

Now that we know your triggers social media and your friends glowing up, You can sit with yourself to journal what do you feel about yourself,what are some things you want to work on, what are your strengths and know that you have your individuality and uniqueness and what are your strengths and unique qualities might not be in your friends, Also yes social media is not the right criteria to judge yourself

Hi :) on Social media people are just showing a little part of people’s life - mostly their happy, glamorous moments and oftentimes filled with filters. And as real as the comparison rut is, it’s also important for us to know that we are our own beautiful benchmark always. Keep taking healthy breaks from social media apps that overwhelm you and come back mindfully to things that truly make you feel more joy-filled :)
