Here are some vegetarian sources of protein- - Paneer - Beans - Lentils - Sprouts - Yogurt - Cheese ( occasional consumption) - Soybean ( chunks, nuggets) - Tempeh - Nuts - Seeds( chia seeds, hemp seeds) - Milk - Soy milk - Almond milk - Millets I hope this helps :) Take care ✨✨
