Kağıdını kalemini al, sessiz ve huzurlu bir yere geç ve yönlendirmeleri takip et çünkü evde kendin yap terapin ayağına geldi ! Sanat terapisi, düşünceler ve duyguları açığa çıkarmak, bilinçdışında olanı bilince getirmek için kullanılan bir psikoterapi tekniğidir. Sanat terapisinde terapist danışanla ilişki kurduğundan danışanın anlatımlarını, resimlerini, hikayelerini seans çerçevesinde yorumlar. Bizim yapacağımız buna benzemiyor çünkü seans yapmıyoruz 🤭 Biz bu köşede duygu sağaltınız sağlayacak, mini bilgilerle yaşamı renklendirmeye çalışıyoruz. Hikayeler, resimler, düşünceler aksın gelsin o zaman. Duygular atılsın, aktarılsın, kadınlar rahatlasın! Mini terapi bölümüne hoş geldin cânım kadın… 🫂

Bu teknik, psikoloji alanındaki en temel tekniklerden biridir. Daha birinci sınıf öğrencisi iken öğreniriz. Çok kıymetlidir. İnsan güvende olduğunda diğer olumlu duygulara yer açabilir. Güvende hissetmediğimiz durumlarda olumlu bir hal geliştiremeyiz. Peki, diyelim ki fiziki koşullarımız kendimizi güvende ve huzurlu hissetmiyorsa ne yapacağız? Mesela, evimizde, en önemli mekanımızda huzuru bulamıyorsak, ne yapacağımız? Zihnimizde güvenli ve huzurlu yerimizi yaratacağız cânım kadınlar. Beyin öyle enteresan bir organdır ki, gerçek ile hayal olan arasındaki farkı anlayamaz. Biz zihnimizde bir şeyin var olduğunun inanırsak, beyin onu gerçek algılar. Bu yüzden huzurlu yer tekniği çok fayda sağlar. Şimdi gözlerinizi kapatın, size çok huzur veren, kendinizi çok güvende hissettiğiniz, yüzünüzde gülümsemenizin olduğu, vücudunuzun gevşek ve rahatlamış hissettiği, omuzlarınızdaki yükün, gözlerinizdeki hüznün kalktığı, yerine neşenin ve mutluluğun geldiği bir yer hayal edin. Neredesiniz ? Burası açık bir alan mı, kapalı bir yer mi ? Hava nasıl? Mevsimlerden hangi mevsimdesiniz ? Günün hangi saatindesiniz ? Dışarısı sessiz mi yoksa gürültülü mü? Ses varsa, nasıl sesler bunlar? Üstünüzde ne var? Kapalı yumuşacık kıyafetler mi yoksa tiril tiril bir yaz elbisesi mi? Ayaklarınız çıplak mı? Saçlarınız nasıl, toplu, salık, dalgalı, düz ? Yanınızda biri var mı, yoksa yalnız mısınız ? Ne yapıyorsunuz, kitap okumak, sörf yapmak, kayak yapmak, çizim yapmak, sohbet etmek, dinlemek, küveti doldurmak, dans etmek….. Liste uzun. Burayı her ayrıntısıyla iyice düşünün. Çünkü burası bundan sonra, zihninizdeki huzurlu yeriniz. İstediğiniz zaman buraya gelebilir, istediğinizi yapabilirsiniz. Buraya sık sık uğrayın, uğrayın ki zihniniz alışsın, gerçek olarak kabul etsin. İstediğiniz zaman gözlerinizi açın.
