As A Psychologist I wish to address all the areas of our life which cause stress and anxiety in a women's life. Be it your own mental health, or that of your loved ones. Be it a parenting issue or a relationship issue. Here the focus will be on discussing simple solutions to uncomplicate life and live life stree free.
don't eat this you will get cholesterol don't eat this you will get diabetes and don't eat that your BP will shoot ..all this has is too much to handle to the women of today, not following a normal healthy diet and following starving diets women are suffering

Unfortunately yes, this is a reality. The thing is that we women have to love ourselves unconditionally, accept ourselves as we are withh all our flaws and awesomeness. Once we are comfortable in your skin, you radiate a kind of aura that make others also accept you,respect you, and love you. Just do whatever feels comfortable for you and you body, mind , and soul be it eating ice-creams or chole bhature😃
