I used to be terrified of public speaking, even simple presentations in class sent my anxiety into overdrive. But I joined a local theater group, and with their support, I slowly started to find my voice. It wasn't easy, there were many moments I wanted to run and hide, but the feeling of accomplishment after each performance was incredible. Now, I can even share my story with others struggling with anxiety, and that's something I never thought I'd be able to do.

ohh it's like same here. I also terrifying but now I build my self confidence and I feel less anxious while speaking. so you should also work on your self
