اهلا بيكي معاكي د نسمة ياسر أخصائية تغذية علاجية في زيادة طبيعية بتحصل في الحمل بسبب حجم الجنين و المشيمة و دي بتكون من ٩ ل ١٢ كيلو لو اكتر من كدة ممكن لو الحركة كانت قليلة او الاكل غير صحي يكون دا سبب الزيادة تابعيني يوميا من ١١ ل ٣ بكون لايف و ممكن نتكلم مع بعض في طرق تنزلي بيها الوزن اللي زيدتيه في الحمل تكون مناسبة و فعالة ان شاء الله
