Berdasarkan website resmi RRI, merasa penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mental adalah dengan kita memperhatikan hal-hal seperti memperbaiki suasana hati, berusaha megurangi kecemasan, berusaha lebih damai, skill berpikir lebih jernih, serta memikirkan dampak kualitas hubungan baik untuk diri sendiri maupun orang lain.

أهلاً وسهلاً بحضرتك أحياناً الانسان مع تزايد المشاكل والضغوط خاصةً النفسية منها بيحس بالعجز وبيفقد الامل في العلاج،لكن مجرد طرح حضرتك لسؤال هنا بيدل علي رغبتك في العلاج وده في حد ذاته خطوةايجابيه ومهمه جداً ،وحابه اطمنك اني اتعاملت مع أشخاص كانو واصلين لمراحل متأخره بس بفضل الله مع الشغل جابو نتايج هايله وقادرين يستمتعو ويحسو بالرضا عن نفسهم وحياتهم رغم وجود مشاكل وتحديات كجزء أساسي في حياتنا ، اتمني حضرتك تاخدي الفرصة دي وتنعمي بأفضل حياه في اقرب وقت ان شاء الله . حضرتك تقدري تتواصلي معايا في اللايف وتعملي معايا private call دي بتكون بيني وبين حضرتك فقط عشان الخصوصية ،بحيث نقدر نتكلم بتفاصيل اكتر واقدر اوصل مع حضرتك لأسباب المشكله وانسب خطوات للتعامل معاها من خلال مجموعة من المهارات بنتدرب عليها مع بعض بتساعد حضرتك تشوفي التحديات والضغوط بمنظور مختلف وتتعاملي معاها بشكل فعال بإذن الله .

سؤالك حلو اوي في الأغلب الناس بتأجل مشوار الدكتور النفسي او المعالج النفسي لحد ما يكون في مشكلة مسببالهم أزمة كبيرة او تعب للدرجة انهم محتاجين مساعدة حد متخصص لكن مش دي الحالة الوحيدة اللي الناس بتروح فيها لدكتور نفسي او معالج ممكن تروحي لو عايزة تعرفي نفسك اكتر او عايزة تحسني من شوية حاجات في شخصيتك او لو في مشكلة انت حاسة انها ممكن تعطلك في المستقبل فا حابة تستبقي ده بتدخل متخصص ممكن تروحي لو في موقف معين حصل مش عارفة تتصرفي فيه ومحتاجة رأي شخص محايد ودارس اللجوء للعلاج النفسي المفروض يبقى حاجة دورية زيها زي التحاليل كدة

if you are so emotionally unwell what you do
First and foremost accept your emotion,identify it and name it. second, Know the reason. and then half of your work is done!!! Once you know your emotion and the reason behind you can easily deal with it,the way you want to. But never ever try to pacify or diverse your low mood without analysing it properly. Right from sorting it out with your own pattern to consulting a professional for the same .
I just sit down.. then I tell myself It's okay. it's okay to feel unwell.. you're human.. then I take deep breaths and deeply meditate to make feel myself complete in my own skin.. Also I talk to my best friend ' me' by seeing her in the mirror.. and I compliment Good Girl.. 😌 And just to boost these good vibes and good mood.. I Dance watching myself in the Mirror.. yeahh.. when you're comfortable being alone you can deal with any emotional unwellness.. That's my perception!
