Each time you find yourself getting into the loop of overthinking tell your “noted” saying breaks the loop. No one is coming to save any of us. Our loved ones will always be there for us, walk the path with us. They can walk for us. We have to put our act together slowly steadily.

my boss is pressurizing me to take a certification exam at my job. are there any insights on how yo deal with this? I do not feel ready to take the exam now.
Try talking to your senior and HR if possible, if you unsure about something its always better to have clear communication before hand and its better if they formally write about details of this exam on formal mail/letter

my friend texted me and told me that she is feeling sad, but i did not know how to react to it. can someone plz tell me what do i say if someone says they are not feeling good and are sad??
ask your friend some basic questions like "is something bothering them? or "do they want to talk about the situation why they are feeling so? or be empathetic and ask them if they would want to go out to change their mood and do something crazy?"

i fear rejection a lot. I hate getting that nervous feelijg..What can i do to reduce this fear of mine?? What would you as a women suggest??
remember that rejection isn't about you, it's about the other person not able to connect with you the way you want to. it's associated with self-worth so I suggest working on self-worth. be more compassionate about yourself. rejection doesn't mean you're bad, negative experiences, can cause the fear.

as a psychologist, if you would had to tell one reason why someone starts feeling lonely, what would it be??
Either you don't know how to be with yourself because you're looking for validation in the outside world always, or you're surrounded by people who don't make you feel valued or loved

what is emotional loneliness?? Is it any different from normal loneliness that we feel??
Two things: Loneliness and being alone. I could be living alone and on my own. Or I am shopping alone or watching movie alone. Because I am enjoying my company. But loneliness is when I am not being able to connect with anyone. I feel disconnected. I want to reach out to others but as if I can't. I have people around me but as if they don't get me and I am in my shell. Enjoying one's company is not bad. But point is, which one are you?
