lm perfectly happy yet just sometimes feel very very sad. almost like I want to cry. as if I am going to fall sick. some time later I'm fine. what should I do. I am 45.

Don't overthink on one emotion too much. Just let it flow. It's ok to be sad sometimes. It's bad when you hold it for longer. So just avoid holding that emotion.

It's okay to re evaluate the relationship when It's not fulfilling for you. Try communicating first and then if you don't see changes still maybe it's time to re evaluate.
