Self care is definitely important. If we do not love ourselves, how can we expect the other person to love us. Having said that, it more important to treat self care as a relationship with yourself. In a relationship, there's happiness, sadness, fights.... Same way we'll have our sad days where we cnt accept the body, fights with ourselves that we are not doing enough. It is OK to have all of it. Realise that, all those are just passing clouds that are temporarily. Always get back to accepting and loving yourself in the end.

I want to start my own brand of handmade soaps but don’t have a clue where to start. I have the skill but my social media presence is quite less right now.
Okay, so here's the deal: I pretty much dislike everything about myself. Ugh, it's depressing! And i don't even know why is it happening to me? But the worst part is, I have no clue where to even start changing things. How do I even begin to love myself when I feel like there's nothing lovable there?
How do we break free and be ourselves without feeling like total outcasts? I wanna chase my own dreams and live life on my own terms, but I also don't want to feel isolated from everyone else. Are there ways to resist societal norms and still have a good squad of girlfriends by your side?
