For me over the years I have figured company makes a huge impact…. U visit such places like parks , studio classes or gyms , make friends with people who love to work out …. The ambiance and people there are there for the similar mostly & also even if they give their 50 percent there it still helps for u to stay consistent and yes include strength, flexibility & cardio work, eat to nourish your body , don’t deprive yourself, eat what’s important for the body ur macro s like carbs, protein, fat , minerals, vitamins it’s important to consume that and avoid processed, refined sugar & maida ….. all these go a long way ….
