People judge due to ingrained societal norms, lack of understanding, and sometimes their own insecurities.

Probably because they are jealous of you as you are not insecure about your body as they are. They actually admire your confidence.

People judge because they're insecure. People judge because they see something in you that they don't have, and instead of praising it, they try to shatter it. People judge as an analytical human trait, but making something rude or mean about it is plainly pathetic. People will judge no matter what, but the fact that they do it plainly out of insecurity should be satisfying to you. You're that important to them.

Overrated things we might stop caring about since 2025 (post 3) 3. Keeping up with the Sharmas Today we have got internet under our fingertips. This helps us to find our lost bosom friends from childhood. But, on another hand, we know everything about a person we wouldn't have known in real life and that was also not needed These days when we open our social media accounts to see everyone's life update. And these updates are usually the good ones, about their achievements and how many years of anniversary they are celebrating of their relationship. But, the truth is nobody is having a lovey-dovey life. They do have their fair share of lemons. But, that is not something that gets updated on social media. And this makes us feel bad and mad to self. Not using any social media at all might not be a sound option for a lot us but, we can take few measures. So, how are you planing to stop comparing yourself by looking Sharma Ji's beti's facebook and instagram profile? 😉 #NewYear2025 #NewBeginning #freshstart

Okay, this might sound crazy, but I find myself way more attracted to characters in books and movies or even celebrities than real people I meet. Is that normal? What does that even mean?
Hi, There is nothing wrong about it.
Hey! Hope you are well. Yes it’s completely normal. Generally we are attracted to the idea of celebrities and characters in books being “perfect”. And since this perfection does not exist in real life, we automatically aren’t attracted enough to real people. Let me know if you want to discuss this further, we can certainly connect! -Sampada, Psychotherapist and Intimacy coach

Heya everyone This is my first time using the app.Kindly ignore any mistakes. I am kind of chubby or you can say overweight 24 years old girl.Initially I didn't have any insecurities. But since a year or two when I moved to Delhi.I constantly try to fit in among people. But it feels like I'm losing a part of me.🥲
hey Anonymous. one needs to be physically fit, not to please anyone but for urself. Being overweight should not be the reason for your insecurities . You need to accept yourself first only then others will accept you if you feel you are loosing urself trying to fit in... ask yourself what is it that you are doing that's creating discomfort within you ... identify and work on it.. good luck 👍

Body positivity is an empowering movement advocating for the acceptance of all bodies, regardless of societal or media ideals. This concept is particularly important for women, who often face intense pressure to conform to specific beauty standards. Women's body positivity is about embracing and celebrating the diversity of female bodies in all their different sizes, shapes, colors, and ages. It is about recognizing that all bodies are beautiful and worthy, and rejecting the idea that a woman's value is tied to her appearance. This movement aims to help women cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies, encouraging self-love, self-acceptance, and self-care. It promotes the idea that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin, and that respect and inclusivity should be the norm. Body positivity inspires women to focus on their capabilities, strengths, and character, rather than their appearance. It sends a powerful message that beauty is not a one-size-fits-all concept, and encourages society to redefine its perception of what it means to be beautiful. In essence, women's body positivity is a celebration of women in their most authentic form, advocating for self-love, acceptance, and a healthier perspective on the female body.more
