You can avoid eating spicy things. Please do one thing, take a close look on What you eat and try to find out the food items after which you gave digestive issues.

Hi there, I hope you are well. If you've been facing digestive issues, then, here's what you can do. Avoid the following foods in your diet. - Spicy foods. - Packaged foods ( chips, biscuits, chivdas) - Refined foods and bakery items ( pasta, pastry, cupcake, doughnuts, etc) - Ultra processed foods ( pizza, burgers, wraps) - Sugary beverages, and aerated drinks - Excessive caffeine consumption - Cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower etc ( it can be eaten in moderation) - Fried foods - Dairy products like cheese, packaged milk shakes, smoothies, etc. - Pickles, Papad, and other farsan items. - Maintain a journal to jot down foods which may be leading to digestive upsets. So, you can write down after which food item you felt bloating, or acidic, etc. Reduce the consumption of those foods for a few days. Foods to include - - Yogurt - Kimchi - Buttermilk - Mint leaves - Jeera water - Ajwain - Kanji - Ginger - Have smaller meals, chee your food well, avoid distractions✨
