Hii there, kaafi relate to the question. In my experience, dealing with financial anxiety requires of combination of practical budgeting strategies and if your stress levels are too high, some stress managing techniques. You can start by creating a plan wherein you write down your budget , income, essential expenses, for example, light bills and groceries. A lot of creative apps have developed to track our expenses. You can try one of those. it's also helpful to keep some emergency fund for me,SIPs or FDs. Also, for managing stress you can try some breathing exercises like box breathing where you inhale for 4 seconds. hold for 7 seconds and exhale 8 seconds.
