What is the phenomenon of feeling sad after finishing a good movie/ series/ book, or beating a video game you liked? Beyond the obvious of being sad you can't enjoy it anymore,what's the psych behind it? You know there will be more shows, games, etc @Careertherapiet

It’s like going on an amazing trip of your lifetime. After it’s over, it feels like there may not be another one this great.

Just keep in mind while watching that this is not reality I am immersing in this experience but will have my same old life and its problems and triumphs when it is over.
