Did you know Zumba, Dance Cardio, Dance fitness, Bollyfit is all the same it’s dance fitness, it gives you cardio workout mostly, zumba uses more international music like salsa, Cumbia , reggae , samba , belly dance to add diversity to steps and hence kill monotony and Bollyfit will use more Bollywood or Indian dance number across genres …. Garba , bhangra , Bollywood, Tollywood, Maharashtrian music and ofcourse some international rhythms too however the purpose, design is the same …. Continuous movement or footwork for 60 minutes to get the aerobic benefit!!!! And a music workout #zumbafitness #dancefitness #bollyfit #dancecardio #danceworkout
