Puberty Problems

I've been going through a rough time lately with anxiety and depression. I am just 21 and it's scaring me. Lately, I've noticed my sex drive completely tanking, and it's making me feel even more disconnected from my partner. We haven't talked about it yet, but I'm worried it's putting a strain on our relationship. Does anyone else experience this? Will he leave me? Is there a connection between mental health and sexual well-being?

Yes, there is strong connection between mental health and sexual life. Your stress and depression tax your emotional energy and gradually you lose interest in sex. Also if you are taking medicines for depression, they will worson your problem. Now you have to take special efforts to come out of this situation. If you are taking any medicines, talk to your doctor to change them or atleast reduce their doses gradually. Love yourself First & Try erogenic zones on your body. Have open discussion with your partner to let him know your side and you want to work on it with him. Try to develop newly refreshed intimate connection with him. Try different types of sex- oral or mutual masturbation etc. Keep some special time for you two to connect and share a intimate relationship. Sex is just one part of intimacy and you can try other sensual forms of intimacy like curdling, holding hand. During your coffee time, connect with your partner daily and discuss about things to keep spark alive.

Rumination is not a disorder. It is a preventative cognition which is found alongside many disorder such as depression, anxiety, OCD & PTSD. What do you find yourself ruminating about the most ??

Earn coto money just by answering this question!!
after learning such things we learn the depth our behaviour better and start efficient work on it after doing mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques on daily basis cure not only respiratory functions also purifies body and mind... we starts doing small tasks and this will leads overall growth of us spiritually, psychologically, physically, socially.. making us more clear and solution oriented🙏🧖‍♀️
When we do these kind of practices, that time if we are suffering from a trauma or anxiety, firstly if we are doing this in a regular basis they really help us for being calm when we reach a certain position where our thoughts become null then the real journey begins from here after that gradually we understand what is wrong with us, where and why the things were not working in our favour and when we understand so by the of these practices we also found the solution of all kinds of problems because the main problem is now-a-days we don't understand the root cause of problem and mindfull practices helps us to getting it and after getting it it will be very easy to find the solution.👍👍👍

Absoultly right.....stay away from people who spred negativity around u..who so ever is.
This is so true n powerful messsge which we missed learning in our childhood. People try to get you to their standards always. So always associate with the ones who lift you up. Refrain from the ones who try to put you down to their levels.
