اهلاً بيكي يا جميله🌸 في البدايه عايزه أقولك مفيش تشخيص لحاجه اسمها اضطراب شخصيه جوزائيه ولازم التشخيص يكون من خلال متخصص من المهم كمان أننا نعرف هل التقلب المزاجي دا هل هو بيكون في فتره تغير الفصول ولا طول الوقت وهل بيكون في أسباب ممكن تكون بتأثر عليكي وبتسبب دا ولا لاء هديكي حبه نصايح تعمليها لغايت لما تتواصلي معانا أول حاجه حاولي متركزيش علي السلبيات وخلي حواليكي أشخاص متفائلين يقدروا يغيروا المورد بتاعك حاولي تمارسي رياضه وتمارين التنفس العميق أكيد هتفيدك تقدري تتواصلي معايا كل يوم من الساعه ٨ للساعه ١٢ ماعدا يوم الجمعه أو من خلال mental health talk تقدري تبعتيلي اي تساؤل ليكي اتمني ليكي يوم لطيف ☺️

اهلا يا حلوة❤️ انا مقدرة جدا احساسك بالتخبط والتذبذب في مشاعرك بس خلينا مانهتمش بالمسميات دلوقتي احساس عدم الاستقرار النفسي مزعج لكن الحقيقة انه اوقات بيكون حاجة عادية مش دليل على مشكلة تغيراتنا الهرمونية وطبيعة شخصيتنا وطريقة تعاملنا مع الضغوط والظروف اللي بنمر بيها ممكن تبقى مخليانا مشاعرنا بتتلخبط كل شوية لكن لو الموضوع ده مسببلك ازعاج تعالي نتكلم ونتناقش اكتر في مكالمة سوا هو بيحصل ليه وايه اللي بيحصل قبل التغيرات دي وايه اللي بيحصل بعدها ونتعرف اكتر على انماط الاستجابة بتاعتنا في العموم في ظروف المختلفة عشان نقدر نحدد هل ده اضطراب نفسي محتاج علاج ولا مجرد مهارات ممكن نتعلمها سوا تساعدنا نتعامل مع مشاعرنا بنضج اكتر ويكون عندنا مناعة نفسية أعلى في مواجهة الضغوط دمتي جميلة ❤️
