hi there, I'm clinical psychologist and I can understand how feeling emotionally neglected in your marriage can be incredibly challenging, especially if your mental health is not being supported or understood. One advice I can give you is by start having an honest conversation with your husband expressing how you feel without blaming him. Using "i" sentences help!. reach out to your friends, family or join me for a live session for support and validation. Another crucial thing is to always engage in self-care activities that nurtures your mind, body and soul. Let him know, the change in his behavior and how it's actually making you feel. Do not keep things to yourself or turn this into an argument. Rather have a honest healthy conversation. Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. That's a great question and something all of us should know. Healthy space or we can call it boundaries. It's when each of you are able to express yourself without fear or judgment, be yourself and can also not be controlling of each other. I would say, being in touch for the whole day is not necessary or the amount of time spent together isn't necessary but the quality of your communication, activity and ability to trust and express is important. This is a very broad topic and I might need more information on what's been worrying you. Do join my live session that happens every morning at 8 am. We will discuss more.
