Hi there! See if you are planning to plan pregnancy and have PCOS. You should definitely consult a Gynaecologist and should not go with anyone else's advice

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder that affects many women of reproductive age. If you have PCOS and are considering pregnancy, it is important to understand how PCOS may impact your fertility and pregnancy. Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Fertility Challenges**: PCOS can cause irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation, which may affect your ability to conceive. If you have PCOS and are trying to get pregnant, it may be helpful to work with a healthcare provider to monitor your ovulation and explore fertility treatment options if needed. 2. **Increased Risk of Complications**: Women with PCOS may have a higher risk of certain pregnancy complications, such as gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and premature birth. It is important to discuss these risks with your healthcare provider and monitor your health closely during pregnancy.

#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.
